Hello, I'm Kim, CEO of Typeform. I wanted to let you know about some changes coming to your Typeform account on November 20, 2019. I'll explain why.
Over the past two years, we've updated the features available on our Free plan. Those changes were applied to many Typeform users, but they weren't applied to your account. We hope you've gotten the most out of Typeform during this time.
Also, in August we updated our pricing plans to reflect these changes. This included three new paid plans (along with changes to our Free plan) to better match people's needs and their budget.
Starting November 20, your Free plan will be limited to:
Additionally, the Free plan will not include the following features: Remove Typeform branding, Custom Thank You Screens, or the HubSpot integration.
So what does this mean for you?
To keep all of your current typeforms active, we encourage you to upgrade to one of our new paid plans. You can learn more about your options here.
To ease the transition, we're offering different discounts on the plan that best fits your needs. You can apply your discount until December 31, 2019, by clicking any of the following links:
We're also happy for you to continue on our Free plan. In this case, be aware that any typeforms using paid limits or features will automatically be set to Private mode on November 20, and you won't be able to collect new responses until you remove any paid features.
Since you first joined Typeform, we've continued to evolve. Now you get more design options, better integrations, the ability to transform your typeforms into a chatbot conversation, higher quality reports, and more. And we'll continue to build better tools and solutions to help you.
